NickleBrick Workshop™ began with a simple idea: turning a love of building into meaningful opportunity.

Inspired by our son Nicholas — our Builder-in-Chief — NickleBrick was created to combine creativity, community, and inclusive work opportunities.

We collect shared LEGO® bricks from families and businesses and repurpose them into thoughtfully curated build kits and community build experiences. As the project grows, we are developing structured workstations where individuals with developmental disabilities can participate in sorting, organizing, assembling, and preparing the kits.

Our long-term vision is to open a community build space where creativity, skill-building, and inclusive work opportunities exist side-by-side.
